An innovative, interactive, collaborative and expressive workshop series with a life coach, experimental artist, performer and poet, Roke Noir. We will me merging and exploring various techniques and practices, including but not limited to meditations, visualizations, coaching exercises on perspectives, balance and intentions, voice dialogue, eastern spiritual practices within theframework provided by the famous creative living bible, 'The Artist's Way'.
You will revitalize your creative self to it's fullest potential. And learn how to manifest it in every aspect of your life. We will write, make art, act out, discuss, explore and experiment together. At the end the class with engage in a group project that will culminate in a Creative Show with exhibition, costume party and performances for an audience.
